JotKite Settings - Clean & Simple

Settings

Admins find these under Settings.

General

• Blog: title, description, posts per page, language, timezone, and whether to show the author's name on posts.
• Homepage shows: latest posts, or one of your Pages.
• Photos: keep or remove photo details (location, camera, date). See Posting from your phone.
• Layout and URLs:
  • Layout: Automatic (uses the GeoRank site design when found), GeoRank site header, footer and theme, or JotKite theme.
  • Clean URLs: needs Apache mod_rewrite.
  • Site URL: optional. It's used for canonical links, RSS and the sitemap.
• GeoRank sign-in: lets GeoRank users use the blog without a separate login, and sets the role they get.
• Links: your blog, RSS and sitemap addresses, plus the Add blog sitemap to robots.txt button.
• System: your JotKite, PHP and SQLite versions, and whether image resizing (GD) is available.

Design

Fonts, colours, a favicon and a default share image. JotKite follows your site's theme automatically.

Navigation

Your blog menu: up to 12 links to site pages, blog pages or other websites.

Code

Add code to every page's header or footer, such as site-verification tags, analytics or chat widgets.

Addons

Activate themes and plugins, and change their settings. See Themes and plugins.

My account (every user)

• Your details and password.
• Default category for your new posts.
• Your signed-in devices, each of which you can sign out.
